hey guys today I'm going to show you how
to make low-fat Indian style egg
sandwich the sandwich can be made in
just about five minutes you can serve
this for breakfast lunch or dinner to
make low-fat Indian style egg sandwich
I'm using a medium sized onion one
tomato a sprig of curry leaves curry
leaves are really good for weight loss
one medium-sized green chili one whole
egg and two slices of ground bread now
slice the onion into half and then chop
it into really small pieces
chop the tomatoes into small pieces now
slit the green chile into half and then
chop into small faces this green chilli
is from my garden it does not have much
heat so I'm using one whole green chilli
if your green chilli has heat use only
half toe slightly two slices of brown
bread
toasting prevents the bread from getting
soggy when you sandwich it with hot egg
mix I am just lightly toasting the bread
he took a tile or a pan with about one
and a half teaspoon of coconut oil
once the oil is heated and in the
chopped onions tomatoes and green chili
now put the flame on medium and give it
a stir add in 1/2 teaspoon salt and
fresh organic curry leaves now mix well
you can use chopped coriander leaves or
parsley instead of curry leaves but make
sure they're organic and garden fresh
after about 1 and a half to 2 minutes
you can see that water is releasing out
from the tomatoes at that stage I'm
going to add in the fall egg and now
quickly mix this
and in some pepper about a fat pinch and
mix well
now the eggs are nicely cooked and I'm
going to switch off the flame place one
slice of brown bread on a serving plate
and top it with the hot egg are now
covered with another slice easy and
low-fat egg sandwich is ready to serve
