welcome to let's be foodie today I will
be sharing very healthy pinwheel
sandwich recipe with you or this
sandwich is low calorie high in protein
low sodium and zero oil snack it's
perfect for departing or potlucks here
are the required ingredients let's get
started here I have taken hundred grams
of boiled black gram which I have
grinded in grinder black gram has rich
source of vegetable protein some
essential minerals and vitamins if you
want you can also use chickpeas or moon
beans here I have taken 80 grams of
finely grated cottage cheese which is
paneer
now add 1/4 chopped bell pepper this
will give a very nice crunch you can add
any bell pepper of your choice green or
orange now add 1 TSP of chaat masala you
can get chaat masala in any Indian
grocery store half teaspoon of roasted
cumin powder and add salt to taste now
give this a good mix
after mixing this well I'll add around
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder if
you want to make it hot you can also add
red chili powder now mix it again and
our stuffing is ready here I have taken
flavored wheat bread but you can take
any bread you like like multi grain
white rice bread so I'll trim the edges
from all the sides this will help in
rolling now shrimp all the bread here I
have taken two bread slices now I'm
going to roll this you don't have to
roll it very thin now I'm going to apply
butter on both the bread slices make
sure your butter is at room temperature
to keep it more healthy if you want you
can skip applying butter
now I will overlap the brain just around
1/4 inch press this gently so that they
stick together
spread butter on one plate slice I will
apply one tablespoon coriander mint
chutney spread this email on another
bread I will apply take tamarind chutney
leaving half inch from the front so that
the stuffing doesn't come out when you
draw for daytime red chutney click on
the link and add some grated cucumber
some grated carrot here I have taken
around one and a half tablespoon of
stuffing I'll roll it like this now I'll
place it here I have taken parchment
paper and I am going to transfer this on
parchment paper and gently I'm going to
know this from your both hands roll it
really tight
parchment paper will make sure that your
stuffing won't come out
so once you are done rolling just roll
it again roll it with your tight hand if
you don't have parchment paper you can
use foil or cling wrap now I'm going to
refrigerate this for about 30 minutes
it's been 30 minutes let me unwrap this
I'll cut this from the center first
you can see how beautiful and colorful
they look I'll again cut this in half

repeat the process for rest of the
pinwheel sandwiches and sew these pin
with sandwiches Caunt
