hello I'm Darla Dollaz speaking I am
going to make today a grilled sandwich
the wave of the real Sun with his
cabbage carrot and a deep
well where the children come home hungry
mother always has a problem what to give
them but a lovely hot griddle chat which
makes all the difference and it has got
all the nutrients that is really
important and very easy to do it be
people have cabbage and carrots
everything in the house if you have not
one of the teeth it will work will give
a good result in Eddy is just simple
easy to do it at less time
[Music]
first you to remember before making the
sandwich the gorilla has to be hot it
must be properly heated that's not more
one rule you must read and now let's
make the stuffing the cabbage carrots
coriander colorful very colorful green
chillies that depends on you for
children you may not use it at all this
is you're like totally you're like it
then grated paneer children now grated
cheese you can do with this also but
children love little cheese taste and
salt it is the mixture very colorful
it's very tasty and very colorful and
mind you it's good for the animals and
for the children both because it
provides all the nutrients the stuffing
is ready the golden rule for baking a
grilled sandwich butter is applied at
the bottom and not on the top okay
so we have taken soft butter apply
properly
wherever butter is applied in that part
it becomes hot and gets grilled properly
so butter requires evenly spread okay so
in this sandwich butter side faces
downwards now I put the stuffing it
takes you away so our mixture is pressed
properly on the top so now take the
second wrench apply again the butter
we're for children if you want them to
eat more butter you can apply butter on
both sides okay so now press it well if
you don't have the griller you can cook
the same thing on the tower it's not
that you need a grill but griddle gives
a lovely lines and it feels pretty that
you can cook it equally well on the
frypan and do it
it will take four to five minutes if the
greeter is preheated let's check Wow
see just grow beautiful it's looking
pretty and let's remove it ed put
another top you can buy a bigger
guerrilla if you have a big crowd put
four attacks so cut it the way you all
you will like it you know
Wow well our side which is ready serve
it for breakfast solve it for Tea Party
and where the children come home hungry
they would love to eat it

The Cabbage, Carrot and Paneer Grill Sandwich uses the simplest of ingredients but still has a wonderful texture and appetizing flavour, because the ingredients work so beautifully with each other. The mildly-pungent flavour and crunchiness of cabbage, the succulence of paneer, the pleasant sweetness of carrot, the tingling taste of coriander and the spikiness of green chillies are all made for each other, turning this sandwich into a very tasty treat. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 mins Makes 3 sandwiches Ingredients 6 bread slices 2 tbsp butter To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing 1 cup finely chopped cabbage 1/2 cup grated carrot 1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese) 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies 1/2 cup grated processed cheese salt to taste Method 1. Divide the stuffing into 3 equal portions and keep aside. 2. Apply 1 tsp of butter on each bread slice and keep aside. 3. Place a bread slice on a flat, dry surface with the buttered side facing downwards. 4. Spread 1 portion of the stuffing evenly over it and sandwich it using another slice of bread with the buttered side facing upwards. 5. Grill in a pre-heated sandwich griller for 4 to 5 minutes or till it turns crispy and brown from both the sides. 6. Repeat the steps 3 to 5 to make 2 more sandwiches. 7. Cut each sandwich into 2 equal pieces diagonally. 8. Serve immediately.
